       I’m glad to hear that you will come to Peking University next week for a visit. I’m the chairman of Student Union and I extend my warmest welcome for your coming on behalf of our school. It is a great honor for me to give you some words of suggestion for your stay in China.

       So far as the accommodation is concerned, you will be arranged in the International Exchange Center in our university. I believe you will fell quite at home there, but if you have any problem, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Logistics Department.

       As I know, the main purpose of your trip is to be aquatinted with Chinese campus life, I sincerely recommend you to take part in some of the activities held by the Student Union, such as English Corner, Reading Club, Donation Charity, and so on. What’s more, if you want to know more about Chinese education system, you can attend some seminars held by our school on the comparison between Chinese and Western education system.
