President Obama has boosted US forces in Afghanistan by 21,000, but the White House says winning this war will take time.

We’ll not gonna see the entire thing to turn around in a few months, after years and years of neglect.

General McChrystal reportedly says the war is winnable and the US is looking to its foreign partners for help, adding to the 37,000 foreign troops already there.
