In June 2009, Prof. Qiu Junping, director of Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation of Wuhan University, was invited to participate in Tiger Talk of Phoenix Satellite TV, Hong Kong. This program focuses on the latest controversial social and cultural issues, hot topics and stories that happen around us everyday.
