In order to meet the requirements from a variety of authors, the deadline for submitting papers will be delayed till August, 20th, and will both the time for delivering paper acceptance as well as registration for conference be adjusted, as follows:

    Papers Due: Aug. 20th, 2010
    Acceptance Notification: Sep. 10th, 2010
    Registration Time:Sep. 20th, 2010

    Registration should be completed at internet, and details could be checked at the conference website: http://www.icsue2010.nseac.com

    To convenient author registration and check–up account, "The International Conference Account" will be opened for ICSUE2010, as well as details featured on both registration introduction and steps could be checked at the conference website.
